My college project used Microsoft Azure for hosting, and I must say the uptime and reliability were excellent. It offers a wide range of tools for developers, from AI models to databases. The only drawback is that billing can be confusing at times, and you need to monitor costs carefully. But for enterprise-level use, Azure is very dependable.

Salesforce is undoubtedly one of the most powerful CRM systems. I got a chance to explore it during a workshop, and the features are vast—automation, analytics, and integrations are top-notch. However, it does require training to use properly, especially for beginners. Once you learn it, though, it can transform how businesses handle customers.
