Working at Amazon India, my appraisal was extremely structured. Detailed weekly logs and team feedback formed the basis. The hike was above average, and I was moved to a special project team. I appreciated the bias-for-action culture. However, the intense pace often leaves little room for slow learning curves.

I appreciated the recognition of my efforts in maintaining high attendance and learner satisfaction. There’s room for improvement in reward-to-effort ratio.
