I joined PlanetSpark during college, and it honestly helped me prepare for interviews. The activities were interactive and actually fun. My trainer kept pushing me to speak more fluently, which built my confidence slowly. I’d just say they can make timing more flexible for students.

The classes at PlanetSpark are very engaging. I liked how they use role-plays and games to teach communication. It never felt boring. There were times when internet issues disturbed the flow, but apart from that, it’s a wonderful experience for improving soft skills.

I joined to improve my public speaking for office meetings. The trainer guided me on voice modulation and clarity. Initially, it was tough, but the continuous feedback made a huge difference. The course is slightly costly, but the content is genuinely useful.

Freshworks offers great SaaS products for businesses. We’ve been using Freshdesk for managing customer tickets, and it’s very user-friendly. The mobile app is also quite handy for quick responses. It’s perfect for startups and mid-size firms.
